  • At what time should I arrive?
    The ePrix gates open at 7 a.m. and our RUSH X hospitality tent opens at 10 a.m. We are meeting beforehand from 8 – 10 a.m. for “Coffee and Cars” at the Shoreline Village (see “Parking” below). Bring your own coffee! Join your fellow Teslaficianados as we kick off RUSH X.

  • Where should I park?
    401 S. Shoreline Village Drive
    Long Beach, 90802

    From OCEAN Blvd, go south on Shoreline Drive. Follow the guided traffic through the beach parking lot (hard packed sand) and continue to Shoreline Village. We will be parking in the Southeast corner of the lot.

    Parking rates are as posted but for the whole day will not exceed $20 with our special arrangement. (This is well under the $50 parking fee on-site.)

  • Where can I charge my car while I attend the event?
    Recargo lists two charging stations nearby. We will not have charging at the event.
  • Where do I go when I arrive?
    RUSH X will be located at the Race Suites (the blue and white striped tents) between TURN 5 and 6, where all the action is taking place! These tents are located across from the eVillage walkway. See the location map on the home page of this site for images.
  • How do I get in when I arrive?
    At the security gate of the Race Suites, present your RUSH X ticket (hint: it should be in your email inbox and/or Passbook) and they will exchange it for a wristband for full access to the hospitality suites.
  • What will we do at the event?
    This is a perfect forum to meet and learn from fellow Teslaficionados. We will have an exclusive eVIP hospitality tent with food and beverages, entertainment, demonstrations, racing and more. Both Rush X and Formula e have full programming schedules planned. It will be a great day!
  • Are food and drinks included?
    Light snacks, refreshments and hosted beverages, including beer and wine (hooray!) will be provided throughout the day. Vendors will also be selling food in the E-Village.
  • How does the raffle work?
    In addition to door prizes, we have an amazing raffle! Tickets for the raffle will be available for purchase the day of the event.
  • What is the social media hashtag for the event?
    Our hashtag is #RushX. Feel free to include it in your social media posts!
  • Who should attend?
    RUSH X is open to anyone who is interested in Tesla, including owners, enthusiasts, developers, investors and EV fans.
  • How much does it cost to attend?
    RUSH X has a variety of early bird and regular priced tickets. Select “Register Now” for a list of pricing options. Proceeds will go to the cost of producing the event.
  • May I bring a guest?
    Sure! All are welcome. Please note: Every guest to the exclusive RUSH X hospitality tent will need a ticket.
  • What if I have registered but cannot attend?
    Refunds are available, less a $25 administrative fee, up to 10 days prior to the event on April 4, 2015. The event is rain or shine, so no refunds will be issued due to inclement weather. Instructions for canceling were emailed with your ticket.
  • Can my company sponsor RUSH X?
